Where can a Gift Card be used?
Portillo Restaurant Group gift cards may be used at Portillo’s, Barnelli's and Luigi’s House.

Can a Gift Card be used to purchase a shipping order?
At this time a Gift Card may be used to pay for a shipping order. All shipping orders must be paid for at the time the order is placed by Gift card,Visa, MasterCard or Discover. Also payment may be made using a combination of Gift card and Credit card.

When will my Gift Card order be mailed?

All orders will be sent out the following business day.

Will I be able to add a gift message to my order?
Yes. When placing your order there is a box to enter your gift message located under the credit card field.

How do I purchase a Gift Card?
A Gift Card may be purchased on-line to be sent out. You can also purchase gift cards at any of the Portillo Restaurant Group locations.

Are you able to add money to a Gift Card?
No. If you need additional dollars on a gift card you must purchase a new one.

Can you receive money back from a Gift Card?
The value of this card may be applied toward any purchase made at any participating Portillo Restaurant Group location and on our Website.  Cards will not be replaced if lost, stolen or damaged.  Except where prohibited by law, this card is not redeemable for cash and may not be used to purchase gift cards.

In what dollar amount's may I choose a gift card?
Gift cards can be purchased with any amount between $10.00 and $100.00.
