Crew Member Job Description

• Servers work directly with guests. Strong communication skills, friendly personality and a desire to please the guest is required. Prior experience as a restaurant server is required.
• Kitchen Staff prepare the food to the high quality standards of the company. Ability to read and follow recipes is required along with an ability to maintain high quality production in a busy environment.
• Prep Staff prepare food for use on the cook's line. Ability to read and follow a recipe is a must. Prior experience very helpful.
• Bussers/Food Runners and Dishwashers support the restaurant by maintaining a clean environment and following sanitation requirements. These jobs require high energy.

1. 16 or older depending on position
2. Work permit may be required by state law or local ordinance
3. Weekend availability may be required
