Monday Rib Night has been extended to all day, every day, June 30-July 4th.
All restaurants will be open until 9pm CST on Tuesday, July 4th (with the exception of Elk Grove Village, IL , which will be closed).
Mondays through Labor Day are Rib Nights at Portillo’s. Starting Monday, May 29th, enjoy a FREE half slab of ribs with purchase of a full slab rib dinner and any size drink after 4pm, every Monday through September 4th.
