Pepper & Egg is Back!

The Pepper & Egg sandwich is a fan favorite this time of year. Perfectly seasoned scrambled eggs combined with our home-cooked sweet peppers make for a delicious meatless option!

Choose to have your Pepper & Egg on French bread or a flaky croissant. These sandwiches will be available March 1st (Ash Wednesday) and every Friday through April 14th at all Portillo's restaurants (except Moreno Valley, CA and Florida locations).

Tuna Salad Sandwich: Our own recipe of tuna, celery, and egg piled on a freshly baked pretzel roll or buttery, flaky croissant.

Grilled Tuna Sandwich: A grilled yellow-fin tuna filet served on a toasted bun. Topped with lettuce, sliced red onion, and tartar sauce.

Grilled Vegetable Sandwich: Grilled vegetables, grilled portabella mushroom and havarti cheese on grilled multi-grain Focaccia. Grilled vegetable sandwich is not available at the following locations: Elk Grove Village, Villa Park, Addison, Naperville, Northlake, Crestwood, Streamwood, Rolling Meadows, Forest Park.
