The wait is almost over; Portillo’s will open its doors in Brookfield, WI on July 19th at 10:30 am. This will be our first restaurant in the Badger State, and we couldn’t be more excited!

- Seymour, WI is home to the Hamburger Hall of Fame – make sure to try our charbroiled burger!
- Middleton, WI just gets us! It is home to the Mustard Museum; because we keep the ketchup off our of Chicago ‘dogs!
And because we know that Sheboygan is the Bratwurst capital of the world, we’ll be serving up a brand new menu item – our Badger Brat! Try yours with our classic stone-ground German mustard and sauerkraut.
