It's finally here! We will open our doors on Tuesday, May 23rd, at 10:30am at 2306 N. Prospect Ave. in Champaign, IL to serve you the best Chicago-style hot dogs, Italian beef sandwiches, burgers, salads, and chocolate cake!
Our 9,000 square foot restaurant features a 50-60’s diner, two drive-thru lanes, seasonal outdoor seating, and will sell beer. Portillo's founder, Dick Portillo, will be at the opening to thank our fans for their loyalty over the years. So, get your buns in line! We can’t wait to see you on May 23rd. It’s going to be a bun-believable event.
