I sent a message to Guest Services but never received a response. The sweet pepper package leaked all over everything and outside the cooler onto the box. The Fed Ex rep handed me the box to prevent it from leaking on my carpet in the hall. I had to wash every product in the cooler and purchase new rolls since the liquid had leaked into the roll packages. It was a mess! The food was good but I don't know if we will order again any time soon. The whole point was to avoid shopping and I still had to go out Easter weekend to buy the rolls.

The beef sandwiches are out of this world. But you still have to come up with a better shipping system with the gravy. This time when my daughter received their order the clip on the gravy bag came loose and ruined the bread. Please go back to the plastic containers for the gravy. I place 6 to 7 orders throughout the year as birthday presents.

I've been ordering this item for several years. I am generally satisfied, but I do feel like the fat content of the gravy has not gone down a bit and the older recipe (before IPO) was better. But the bigger complaint is that the hot giardiniera is not nearly enough. I always have to purchase a separate bottle from Amazon. You should include an option for the buyer to order extra condiments, not just for Italian Beef, but for other items as well. David

The food was all absolutely wonderful, easy to make, and felt like home. I wish there was an option for mild giardiniera. One of the gravy packets leaked in transit and got all over everything, including leaking through the styrofoam and soaking the box.

Been eating the beef sandwiches for over 40 yrs. Native of Chicago. Quality is not the same. Gravy flavor not as good and poorly packaged now (leaked in box on several orders). Sweet peppers are a bit mushy Going to start ordering Bari Beef from now on. Sorry!!!

The food is good use to live in Chicago but I can’t say the same for the shipping in arrived 2 days late and packaging was open! Sent a formal complaint 2 weeks ago and never received any answer or anyone reaching out! Mind you I paid 45.99 shipping to get it on date requested

We got one of these last year from a business associate and my boss had me order another one last week just for us. I think we are going to start doing it at least once every other month. All together, each sandwich ends up being less expensive than a meal in downtown San Francisco, so it's worth it and delicious.
