In this unprecedented situation, we’ve been led by one guiding principle - people are the heart of Portillo’s. With every decision that we make, we put our team members and guests first. Portillo’s is a family and we take that responsibility very seriously. And for our guests, please know that Portillo’s is still here for you.
I don’t know about you, but in times of stress and turmoil, sometimes I need a little oasis of comfort and that’s what I want us to be for you. We are following the lead of all local health authorities and all Portillo’s restaurants are open for drive-thru, pickup, and delivery orders only, serving a limited menu. We will not offer dine-in at our restaurants at this time. All Portillo's locations will be closing at 10pm every day starting March 22nd.
