Fishers, IN Opening Date and Sneak Peek Meals Postponed

We apologize, but the opening date for the Portillo's in Fishers, IN has been moved to September 28th at 10:30 am. Come join Founder Dick Portillo as we cut the ribbon on our 52nd Portillo's!

 

Hurricane Irma delayed the arrival of some essential pieces of restaurant equipment. Therefore, we needed to postpone the date of our Fishers opening and the dates of our sneak peek training meals. 

 

If you were registered for a Sneak Peek on September 19th or 22nd:

 

If you had previously registered for a Sneak Peek Training meal at Fishers, IN taking place Tuesday, September 19th or Friday, September 22nd, you are invited to join us at one of our two new sneak peek training meals:

 

  • Tuesday, September 26th: 12:00 pm - 8:00 pm
  • Wednesday, September 27th: 11:00 am - 8:00 pm
 
You are welcome to join us on either the 26th or 27th at a time that works for you, and you do not need to contact us to tell us which day and time you will attend. As a reminder, each person attending a sneak peek training meal must present their "Golden Hot Dog Ticket" at the door. 
 
If you are unable to attend either day, you may bring your Golden Hot Dog Ticket to the Portillo's in Fishers after we open, and redeem it for a free sandwich of your choice. If you choose to do this, you do not need to contact us ahead of time. We will officially open our doors for business on Thursday, September 28th at 10:30 am.
 
If you were registered for a Sneak Peek on September 21st:
 
We apologize, but the Portillo’s sneak peek training meal in Fishers for which you had signed up, originally scheduled for Thursday, September 21st, has been canceled. However, we very much value your enthusiasm and support for Portillo’s. Please bring your Golden Hot Dog Ticket to the Portillo’s in Fishers after we open, and redeem it for a free sandwich of your choice. You do not need to contact us ahead of time. We will officially open our doors for business on Thursday, September 28th at 10:30 am.
