On September 15, 2015, we opened our new restaurant in Homewood, IL — our 40th Portillo's. Portillo's fans from all over Chicagoland and beyond joined us on opening day. Everyone enjoyed the restaurant's groovy 1970s theme — unique to the Homewood location.
