Fundraiser-terms

This service allows you to schedule an event(s) at a Portillo’s. You must submit accurate information and your event must be appropriate for a family-friendly environment.

Fundraising Night requests are not deemed approved unless submitting Organization (if accepted, “Organization”) receives a confirmation email from Portillo’s accepting the request. If fundraising night is approved, the date and time approved (the “Event”) will be referenced in the approval email, and the following terms and conditions apply:

All scheduled events are subject to cancellation by Portillo’s at their discretion. 

You will be provided with one electronic version of the Event fundraising flyer (the "Flyer") for copying and distribution by the Organization as described below. The Flyer artwork, excluding the Organization name and logo, is the property and owned by Portillo’s and may be used by Organization only as described in these terms and conditions;

Portillo’s will donate to the Organization 20% of net food and beverage sales (gross sales less taxes, and other like fees, discounts, and other similar expenses) during the Event for sales where a Flyer is presented (digitally or physically – smart phones are acceptable) or Organization mentioned at the time of purchase as hereinafter described. Portillo’s online ordering, and delivery are not eligible for fundraising events and will not count toward the net food and beverage sales for the Event. 
Requirement: $200 minimum total sales from your supporters in order to receive a donation.


Portillo’s will mail a check to Organization for the total donation amount approximately 45 days following Event.

In connection with the Event, the Organization may use the name and logo of Portillo’s, as applicable, only to promote and otherwise factually describe the Event; provided, however, that the Organization may not issue a press release to local media promoting the Event, without Portillo’s prior written approval. For approval, please contact marketing@portillos.com.

The Organization will make copies of the Flyer at its own expense. All other advertising costs related to the Event incurred by the Organization are also the responsibility of the Organization.

The Organization has the right, but not the obligation to: At its own expense, send Flyers to all supporters in the Organization’s database, post to Organization’s website, social media pages, and distribute to the Organization’s employees, friends, families and members of the community to promote the Event. By participating in the Event and using the Flyer, Organization warrants and represents that distributing the Flyers as described in the prior sentence is not in violation of any terms of use, Organization policies or any other limitations on contact or in violation of any applicable law (including without limitation online solicitation laws and the CAN-SPAM Act and/or CASL, as applicable) and Organization agrees to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Portillo’s, and each of their respective directors, members, officers and employees from and against any claims by any such parties related to any such contact.
