What is the return policy? New and unused merchandise with original sales receipt may be returned within 30 days of purchase for a restaurant credit. Merchandise
How do I track my order? All merchandise is shipped UPS ground and we do not send out tracking info for these items. Merchandise
How long does it take to get my order? All merchandise is shipped UPS ground which can take up to 5-7 days to receive. Merchandise
I wanted to purchase an item that was hanging in one of your locations, can I? Sorry, we don't sell any of the items that are on our walls. Everything you see in our locations was carefully picked out for each location. Our Restaurants

Can the beef and gravy be frozen after cooking it? For quality purposes we don’t suggest freezing the beef after its been heated or cooked. Menu
