How do I add, remove, and edit payment card information? To remove a card, please log into your Portillo's account. Click on your account settings and you can delete any credit card or gift card from your account. You can add a card at check out. Ordering
Is there a way to track my gift card? Only for expedited shipping orders do you receive a tracking number. Gift Cards
