Once again, I sent a hot dog pack & chocolate cake to my soldier & his buddies. Last chance for a taste of home before they deploy all over the globe! They loved it as usual.
However, there was an error online showing a lower price on the 1st screen before I placed the order. I reached out to customer service, including sending screen shots, & ended up having a back & forth discussion over the span of a couple of days because even with those screen shots, they weren't seeing the issue. (Right in front of them.)
I still have the screen shots & emails.
Once all was said & done, they charged me $75.99 instead of the $69.99 the website showed on the first screen.
The order was good, but the customer service... not so much obviously.
