Prices include standard 2 day shipping Monday - Wednesday. Additional fees for Standard Overnight, Priority Overnight and Saturday Shipping. Additional fees also apply to shipments to Alaska and Hawaii and will still arrive in 2 days.
A box may arrive on or before your delivery date as we work to get all packages out in a timely manner and delivered for your event. If you have any questions, please call 866-YUM-BEEF (866-986-2333).
Order for delivery in advance to beat the holiday rush. All food orders must be placed to arrive before December 21st. Cannot place order to arrive December 22-29.
Your package could arrive before or after your selected delivery date. UPS is experiencing high volumes and packages may be delayed.
Italian beef is shipped frozen, it is normal for it to start to defrost, especially in hot temperatures.
Italian Beef & gravy can be stored in the fridge for 5-7 days, or frozen up to 3 months for best quality.
Gift messages will appear printed on the outside label of the box

The Italian beef sandwiches are so good so I wanted to send the pack of 20 to my daughter and her boyfriend for his birthday. When they received the order on their porch and opened it, the gravy had split open so part of their order was ruined and they won’t be able to enjoy all of the 20 sandwiches I paid for.

The food was delivered the very next day and was totally frozen as it should be. There was a slight problem with the order but the wonderful customer service dept 100% SATISFIED me. As always the food was great and easy to prepare. I'm even thinking of sending an order to my brother in Florida. We're born and bred in Chicago and miss the Chicago food. To All, don't hesitate to order from Portillos. You will love it.

Chicago area native relocated to Las Vegas area. Several Portillo’s orders over the years. New gravy packaging was a disaster. Leaked all over styrofoam box and on all included packages. Really defeats simple yet delicious special occasion fix of Portillos. I’ve already placed another order for a friend’s birthday and fingers crossed, it won’t arrive a gravy mess!

1 whole bag of gravy defrosted and leaked all its contents into the shipping container. What a mess! I had to go out and but beef stock to make up for it, but that just changed the gravy and spices for all the sandwiches

I love turning new people on to Portillo’s. Everyone really enjoyed the beef. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is that the bread was dry, almost crumbly. It didn’t matter as much to the people that didn’t know any better, but to me, it just wasn’t the same. I have always found the bread to be an important part of the sandwich. If you dunked it, it just fell apart. I’m not sure why this was. We ate within a day of receiving the order and the bread was kept in an air conditioned house.

The Portillos beef sandwiches are always a crowd pleaser. The portions are great, the packaging makes everything very simple., the preparation is a breeze. The only thing I would change is the portion of the green peppers, it was light for 20 sandwiches.
