The Portillo's Beef Bus will be serving up your favorite Chicago street food in Michigan!

 

When:

Thursday, March 21 - Saturday, March 30

 

The menu will include:

  1. Chicago-style hot dog with everything: mustard, relish, celery salt, chopped onions, tomatoes, kosher pickle, and sport peppers on a steamed poppy seed bun

  2. Italian Beef Sandwich, a mini version, served on French bread; can be topped with sweet peppers, hot giardiniera peppers, or mozzarella cheese

  3. Italian Sausage sandwich, a mini version, served on French bread; can be topped with sweet peppers, hot giardiniera peppers, or mozzarella cheese

  4. Maxwell Street Polish Sausage

  5. Cheese fries

  • April 2 - April 6, 11am-7pm while supplies last 
  • April 9 - April 13, 11am-7pm while supplies last
  • Update - April 6: We apologize for any inconvenience; the Beef Bus will be closed the week of April 9th, 2024 for unscheduled maintenance. We will post updates as soon as we know when it will be back up and running. Franks for your patience. 

In addition, those seeking employment from the award-winning restaurant brand can interview on-site for an array of positions, beginning April 1. Interviews will take place Monday through Saturday from 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. at the Holiday Inn Express & Suites Detroit Northwest – Livonia. Upon completing an interview with the hiring team, all applicants will receive a voucher for a complimentary meal that can be redeemed from the Beef Bus while it is still on-site.
