In-Kind Donations

We are dedicated to giving back to local communities and organizations through event donations such as food and gift cards for silent auctions, raffles and fundraisers.

Heart Shaped Cakes

We donate a portion of all Heart Shaped Cakes sold for Valentine's Day and Mother's Day through national partnerships like No Kid Hungry and American Red Cross.

Sneak Peek Meals

We host free Sneak Peek meals for guests prior to every new restaurant opening. We partner with a local organization to encourage guests to bring donations to support the group. To date, we've raised over $100,000.

New Restaurant Openings

When we open a new restaurant, we donate food from our team trainings to local hospitals, first responders and local groups.

Unexpected Times of Need

When our local communities face unfortunate events such hurricanes, fires, tornados or other disasters, Portillo's team members step up and offer support by volunteering time and donating Portillo's food to impacted families going through these emotional situations that are beyond their control.

Kid's "Reading Takes the Cake" Program

Reward Your Students with a Sweet Treat for a Job Well Done! Your students can redeem their reward in-restaurant for a free slice of chocolate cake, no purchase necessary. This complimentary program comes complete with a certificate or bookmark for each child mailed directly to you.
