How to Get Your Free Sandwich
From November 3 - November 9, 2025, Portillo’s Perks members get a FREE sandwich with their next $1 purchase. For current members, the offer is already in your account!
In Restaurant:
- Add any regular sized sandwich and at least $1 of other Portillo’s favorites to your order
- At the register, scan your Perks mobile wallet card or give the cashier your phone number to pull up your Perks account. The cashier will apply the offer, and the sandwich will be free!
- At a kiosk, go to check out, click the “Perks Offers” button, and apply the Free Sandwich offer.
Online:
- Head to order.portillos.com or our app
- Log in to your Portillo’s Perks account (or join for free at portillos.com/signup!)
- Add any regular sized sandwich and at least $1 of other Portillo’s favorites to your order
- At checkout, click "Apply" on the offer in the "Portillo's Inbox" section

Not a member yet? Don’t worry, you can sign up and we’ll send this offer right to your account! Sign up for Portillo’s Perks at portillos.com/signup on mobile or desktop. Once you create an account and download your Perks Mobile Wallet Pass, you’ll automatically receive your free sandwich offer! Your offer will be good for 7 days after you sign up.

- Q: Who is eligible for this offer?
- A: Existing Perks members will automatically receive the free sandwich offer in their account. New Perks members will receive the reward after signing up during the offer window (11/3/25 - 11/9/25).
- Q: Which items are eligible?
- A: Any regular sized sandwich (and yes, a hot dog counts as a sandwich!) A regular sandwich just means no Big Beefs, Jumbo Hot Dogs, Double/Triple Burger, or Rodeo Burger.
- Q: Can I use this offer with third-party delivery services?
- A: No. This offer is only valid through Portillo’s direct ordering channels (in-restaurant, online, or app). Third-party platforms (e.g., Uber Eats, DoorDash) are excluded.
