Tender? Onion Rings? Fries? Whatever you’re craving, there’s a sauce that hits every vibe:
- BBQ: Tangy and sweet with a touch of smokey heat.
- Buttermilk Ranch: Rich and tangy with buttermilk, fresh herbs, onion, garlic, and black pepper.
- Comeback Sauce (NEW): Creamy, tangy chicken dipping sauce with black pepper, garlic, and paprika.
- Honey Mustard: A blend of Dijon and yellow mustards, real honey, lemon, and savory spices.
- Hot Giardiniera Sauce: Creamy, spicy dipping sauce made with Portillo's hot giardiniera relish.
And, of course, the famous cheese sauce is still in the mix, because some classics never go out of style!

Portillo’s made it easy to try the lineup without picking favorites:
- Sauce Flight: Sample the full lineup in one limited edition box (while supplies last).
- Saucy Tenders: Choose 4 or 6 crispy chicken tenders served with a full sauce flight, so every bite hits different. Mix, match, and dip your way through the lineup!
- Saucy Sides: Fries or onion rings? Either way, they’re better with sauces. Pick your side, choose your size, and add a sauce flight for maximum dipping potential.
- Saucy Sampler: The ultimate snack‑and‑sauce experience. Dip and dunk crispy chicken tenders and crinkle cut fries into a full sauce flight to sample our new comeback sauce, buttermilk ranch, giardiniera sauce, honey mustard, and BBQ sauce.
When & Where to Get It
Exclusive early access for Perks Members: January 27 – February 3, you can unlock the new sauces on the Secret Menu (via kiosk).
Full launch: Starting February 4, the new sauces are available everywhere and to everyone, while supplies last.
