NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT IMPROVE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. BY ENTERING THE SWEEPSTAKES, ENTRANT AGREES TO THESE OFFICIAL RULES.
THIS SWEEPSTAKES IS IN NO WAY SPONSORED, ENDORSED, OR ADMINISTERED BY, OR ASSOCIATED WITH, FACEBOOK, INSTAGRAM, TWITTER, TIKTOK, AND/OR ANY OTHER SOCIAL MEDIA PLATFORM. BY PARTICIPATING IN THIS SWEEPSTAKES, YOU AGREE TO A COMPLETE RELEASE OF FACEBOOK, INSTAGRAM, TWITTER, TIKTOK, AND ANY OTHER SOCIAL MEDIA PLATFORM FROM ANY CLAIMS.
THIS SWEEPSTAKES IS IN NO WAY SPONSORED, ENDORSED, OR ADMINISTERED BY, KINDER’S TEXAS BOWL, NRG STADIUM, LONE STAR SPORTS & ENTERTAINMENT, ESPN EVENTS, OR ANY COLLEGIATE OR ATHLETIC ORGANIZATION. ANY NAMES, LOGOS, OR MARKS ARE USED FOR PRIZE DESCRIPTION PURPOSES ONLY.
BY ENTERING THE SWEEPSTAKES, ENTRANT AGREES TO THESE OFFICIAL RULES.
1. SPONSOR:
Portillo’s Hot Dogs, LLC, 2001 Spring Rd., Suite 400, Oak Brook, IL 60523 (“Sponsor”).
2. ELIGIBILITY:
“Portillo’s Top Dogs of Texas – Kinder’s Texas Bowl” Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) is open only to legal residents of the State of Texas who are at least eighteen (18) years old at the time of Entry. Void where prohibited by law. Employees of Sponsor or any of its respective affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising agencies, or any other company or individual involved with the design, production, execution or distribution of the Sweepstakes (collectively, with Sponsor, the “Sweepstakes Entities” or “Releasees”) and their immediate family (spouse, parents and stepparents, siblings and step-siblings and children and step-children) and household members of each such employee are not eligible to enter or win. Participation constitutes an entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules (“the Rules”) and Sponsor’s decisions, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Sweepstakes. Winning a prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein.
3. SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD:
The Sweepstakes begins on December 7, 2025, on or about 12:01 AM Central Time (“CT”) and ends on December 15, 2025, at 11:59:00 PM CT (the “Sweepstakes Period”). Official time will be kept on www.portillos.com.
4. ENTRY:
There are two (2) ways to enter the Sweepstakes:
(1) Portillo’s Perks Top Dog Entry):
Eligible entrants who are members of the Portillo’s Perks loyalty program and who have reached and maintained Top Dog status (as defined in the Portillo’s Perks program terms and conditions) as of 11:59:00 PM CT on December 6, 2025, and who meet all eligibility requirements, will receive an email with a link to the entry form at https://app.viralsweep.com/sweeps/full/5c0d2d-219154?framed=1 (provided such entrant has opted in to receive emails). Entry form will require full name, mailing address (including city, state, and ZIP code), phone number, valid email address, and date of birth.
OR
(2) Mail-In Alternate Method of Entry (“AMOE”):
To enter the Sweepstakes without being a Portillo’s Perks Top Dog or making a purchase, print your full name, mailing address (including city, state, and ZIP code), phone number, valid email address, date of birth, and the statement “Portillo’s Top Dogs of Texas – Kinder’s Texas Bowl Sweepstakes Entry” on a 3” x 5” piece of paper and mail it in a #10 envelope with proper postage to:

Portillo’s Hot Dogs, LLC, Attn: Marketing Team, 2001 Spring Rd., Suite 400, Oak Brook, IL 60523.
Mail-in entries must be postmarked no later than December 15, 2025, and received by Sponsor no later than December 20, 2025. Each eligible Mail-In Entry will receive one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes.
It is each entrant’s sole responsibility to notify the Sponsor if his or her contact information (email address, phone number, or mailing address) changes after submitting the Entry. Regardless of the method of entry, there may not be more than one (1) Entry per person per email address for the entire Sweepstakes Period. Entries by any method other than set forth above in Paragraph 4 are void. Any use of automated or programmed methods of effecting Entry is prohibited. Open only to persons who are, as of the date of Entry, 18 years of age or older and meet the eligibility requirements in Section 2, are not employees of the Sponsor, nor members of their households or immediate families.
5. PRIZES:
Twenty (20) Winners will each receive the following (each, a “Prize”):
- Two (2) tickets to the 2025 Kinder’s Texas Bowl college football game currently scheduled to be played at NRG Stadium in Houston, Texas on December 27, 2025, and
- One (1) parking pass valid for game parking at or near NRG Stadium for the same event date.
Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of each Prize is $500. Total ARV of all Prizes available in this Promotion is $10,000 USD. Any difference between ARV and actual value of a prize will not be awarded. All winners hereinafter referred to as a “Winner” or collectively as “Winners.” Subject to verification of eligibility and compliance, Prize will be delivered digitally and will be emailed to the Winners on or before December 22, 2025, to the email address submitted with the Winner’s entry. IMPORTANT NOTICE: Prize consists solely of two tickets and a parking pass to the game. All transportation, lodging, meals; any and all other costs, fees and expenses not stated as being specifically included herein are at winners’ sole cost and responsibility. Winners must plan and pay for transportation to and from the game, lodging, food, and any other miscellaneous arrangements.
Game date, time, location, participating teams, and all game-related details are determined by the game organizers and are subject to change without notice. Sponsor is not responsible for any changes, delays, rescheduling, or cancellation of the game or any portion thereof, and no substitution or compensation will be provided by Sponsor in the event of such changes, except as otherwise provided herein.
6. PRIZE RESTRICTIONS:
Limit one Prize per person/household. Any depiction of Prizes is for illustrative purposes only. Prize cannot be assigned, transferred, redeemed for cash, or substituted, except by Sponsor who may, at its sole discretion, substitute a prize, or any item therein with a prize or substitute item of equal or greater value. Prize, and any element thereof, including any tickets received as a prize, may be provided pursuant to a non-transferrable license personal to recipient, and may not be sold, resold, auctioned, bartered, or placed into any other unauthorized channels of distribution. Sponsor is not responsible for tickets that are lost, stolen, misplaced, destroyed, or that are in whole or in part, illegible or damaged, and tickets will not be replaced by Sponsor. Winner is solely responsible for any and all expenses and taxes related to acceptance and use of the Prize, including without limitation travel to and from NRG Stadium, lodging, meals, and incidental expenses. All Prizes will be awarded provided a sufficient number of eligible Entries are received during the Sweepstakes Period and sufficient time exists before the game to validate potential Winners. Unclaimed, unawarded, returned Prizes or Prize notifications will not be awarded. Winner is solely responsible for complying with any applicable federal, state and/or local laws and regulations applicable to the Prize awarded, and venue rules.
7. ODDS:
Odds of winning the Sweepstakes depend on the total number of eligible Entries received during the Sweepstakes Period.
8. SELECTION OF WINNERS:
All Entries for the Sweepstakes must be received during the Sweepstakes Period. The Sponsor will conduct a random drawing for the Sweepstakes on or about December 21, 2025 to select the potential Winners from all eligible Entries received for the Sweepstakes. Sponsor’s decisions are final and binding in all matters related to the Sweepstakes.
9. WINNERS:
Potential Winners will be notified by email or telephone (in Sponsor’s discretion) and will be asked to respond with their contact information and execute release documents (as referenced below). If a potential Winner cannot be reached, declines or refuses the prize for any reason, fails to follow the instructions on or within the time specified by Sponsor in any notification, is non-compliant, or is found to be ineligible, they will forfeit the prize and an alternate potential winner may be randomly selected in Sponsor’s sole discretion, provided sufficient time exists to verify them prior to the game. Once notified, a potential winner will not be notified again. Sweepstakes Entities shall have no liability for any winner notification that is intercepted, not received, not delivered, misdirected as spam/junk, not timely acted upon, or otherwise not responded to by a potential winner for any reason whatsoever, and the prize will be forfeited. After one (1) additional unsuccessful attempt to award the respective prize, that prize will remain unawarded; there will not be a second-chance drawing. Potential Winners will be required to sign, have witnessed and return a Declaration of Eligibility, Liability and Publicity Release (where legal) and releases required by Promotion Partner if applicable (“Release Documents”) within the time specified by Sponsor, or else prize will be forfeited. Any potential winner who is unable or unwilling to agree to the Release Documents and/or take the prize within the specified dates will forfeit the prize. Winner’s guest(s) will be required to sign, have witnessed and return a Guest Liability and Publicity Release by the time specified.
If applicable, all taxes and other expenses associated with claiming the Prize are solely the responsibility of each Winner. In accordance with IRS regulations and where applicable, each Winner may receive an IRS Form 1099 and must provide Sponsor with his/her Social Security Number if required by law. Winner must provide a valid form of identification to Sponsor to claim the Prize. All identification presented is subject to acceptance by Sponsor in its sole discretion. Identification that is counterfeit, illegible, tampered with, or otherwise altered, will not be accepted.
10. PRIVACY POLICY/DATA COLLECTION:
Information provided by entrants under this Sweepstakes is subject to Sponsor’s privacy policy located at www.portillos.com/service/privacy (“Privacy Policy”).
11. PUBLICITY:
Except where prohibited by law, participation in the Sweepstakes constitutes Winner’s consent to Sponsor’s and its agents’ use of Winner’s name, address (city and state only), image, likeness, photograph, voice, and prize information and/or statements about the promotion for any publicity, advertising and promotional purposes without additional compensation.
12. LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY:
Releasees are not responsible for: (1) any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by entrants’ printing error or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Sweepstakes; (2) technical failures of any kind, including, but not limited to malfunctions, interruptions, or disconnections in phone lines or network hardware or software; (3) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process or the Sweepstakes; (4) technical or human error which may occur in the administration of the Sweepstakes or the processing of entries; or (5) any injury, illness or damage to persons or property, including bodily injury and death, which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from entrant’s participation in the Sweepstakes and/or any prize related activities, or receipt, use or misuse of any Prize or from interaction with, or downloading of, computer Sweepstakes information, and entrant agrees to waive any claims therefore.
13. DISPUTES/GOVERNING LAW:
By entering the Sweepstakes, entrants agree that all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of or relating to the Sweepstakes will be resolved solely through binding arbitration, and entrants waive the ability to bring claims in a class action format. Illinois law will apply to any disputes, without regard to conflict of laws provisions therein, except to the extent that the laws of the State of Texas may not be waived or limited by contract. Any awards or judgments shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, but in no event shall include attorneys’ fees. Under no circumstances shall any entrant be permitted to obtain an award for, and entrant hereby waives all rights to claim, any punitive, incidental or consequential damages and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased.
14. GENERAL CONDITIONS:
Each entrant by entering the Sweepstakes agrees that: [1] he/she has all rights, permissions and consents necessary to grant the rights to Sponsor as expressed herein; [2] he/she will abide by and be bound by the Official Rules and Sponsor’s decisions and Privacy Policy; [3] the Entry becomes the sole property of the Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned; [4] in the event of viruses, bugs, unauthorized human intervention, Acts of God, acts or regulations of any governmental or supra-national authority, war, national emergency, accident, fire, riot, strikes, lock-outs, industrial disputes, acts of terrorism, or other matters beyond the Sponsor’s reasonable control, that corrupt, prevent or impair the administration, security, fairness or proper play of the Sweepstakes, so that it cannot be conducted as originally planned, the Sponsor has the right to cancel, modify, terminate or suspend the Sweepstakes; and in such event, to select winners by such method as Sponsor in its sole discretion shall consider equitable if reasonably feasible; [5] the Releasees are not responsible for typographical or other errors in the offer or administration of the Sweepstakes, including but not limited to: errors in the advertising, Rules, selection and announcement of Winners and distribution of the Prizes; [6] any portion of any Prize not accepted or used by any Winner will be forfeited; [7] the Releasees are not responsible for any inability of any Winner to accept or use any Prize, or any portion of a Prize, for any reason; [8] Sponsor has the right to disqualify any individual found to be: (a) tampering or attempting to tamper with the entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes; (b) violating the Rules; (c) violating the terms of service, conditions of use and/or general rules or guidelines of any Sweepstakes property or service; or (d) acting in an obnoxious, rude, unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner, or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person or cause property damage or loss; [9] Sponsor has the right to disqualify an entrant whose eligibility or compliance are in question; [10] since any attempt by an entrant to deliberately alter or damage the Website or undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes is a violation of criminal and civil laws, Sponsor shall have the right to seek damages from any such entrant to the fullest extent permitted by law; [11] the Releasees are not responsible if an element of the Prize becomes unavailable for any reason, and in such case, Winner will be provided a Sponsor-selected substitute of equal or greater value; and [12] Prizes are awarded “AS IS” and WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, express or implied, (including, without limitation, any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose).
15. WINNERS LIST:

VT residents may omit return postage. Write for winners within 30 days of drawing date.
