Our roadmap for the Beef Bus hit a detour. Social distancing is crucial right now—including for the Portillo’s food truck. But don’t fret. Once it’s safe, the Beef Bus will be back in action.
We can’t wait to meat our hungry guests and serve up our famous Italian beef, Chicago-style hot dogs, and cheese fries from the Beef Bus again once we’re able.
After all, our loyal fans were the inspiration behind the Beef Bus. We get requests to open Portillo’s restaurants across the country, and we relish the opportunity to bring our favorites to you. In the meantime, you can order your Portillo’s favorites to be shipped anywhere in the 50 states.
Thank you to everyone who voted in our inaugural campaign to have the Beef Bus in your city. We can’t wait to bring the Beef Bus to the winning towns, but we are waiting to announce the winners until we have a better idea of when we’ll be able to safely visit our hungry fans.
