The Portillo's Beef Bus® will be serving up your favorite Chicago street food in the Dallas-Fort Worth, TX this summer!

The Menu Will Include:

  1. Chicago-style hot dog with everything: mustard, relish, celery salt, chopped onions, tomatoes, kosher pickle, and sport peppers on a steamed poppy seed bun

  2. Italian Beef Sandwich, a mini version, served on French bread; can be topped with sweet peppers, hot giardiniera peppers, or mozzarella cheese

  3. Italian Sausage sandwich, a mini version, served on French bread; can be topped with sweet peppers, hot giardiniera peppers, or mozzarella cheese

  4. Maxwell Street Polish Sausage; served on a steamed poppy-seed bun, topped with yellow mustard, and grilled onions

  5. Cheese fries: crispy golden, crinkle-cut fries with a cup of Portillo's liquid gold cheese sauce on the side.
