At long last, Portillo's is coming to Gurnee.
Join us on Tuesday, November 3rd at 10:30 am as we open the doors to the Gurnee Portillo's for the first time. The Gurnee Portillo's will be the 41st Portillo's in the United States and the farthest one north. Founder Dick Portillo is scheduled to attend and is looking forward to greeting fans and thanking them for their support over the last 52 years.
The Gurnee Portillo's is located at 6102 W. Grand Avenue, on the ring road around Gurnee Mills Mall, next to the Bass Pro Shop.

Portillo's is still hiring for all positions in Gurnee. Positions pay $9 - $12 an hour. Apply in person Tuesday - Thursday, 10:00 am - 6:00 pm at our temporary hiring center inside Gurnee Mills Mall - Entrance F. Management candidates may also apply online at jobs.portillos.com.

During the month of October, proceeds from all chocolate cake sales in our Illinois and Indiana restaurants, up to $25,000, will be donated to two charities in honor of our Gurnee restaurant November opening. We will donate $12,500 each to the American Red Cross of Chicago & Northern Illinois and the Northern Illinois Food Bank.
