Introducing the Char'diniera Dog
We teamed up with our longtime friends at Vienna Beef to create a hot dog unlike anything on our menu! The Char'diniera Dog is a char-grilled beef hot dog infused with giardiniera and provolone cheese, made exclusively for us by Vienna Beef and available for a limited time starting June 30th. Medium heat, rich and cheesy, with a smoky char finish in every single bite.
The Char'diniera Dog is our love letter to everything that makes Chicago food culture so special, the heat of giardiniera, the richness of provolone, and that signature snap you only get from a Vienna Beef hot dog.
How Do You Want Yours?
The Char'diniera Dog comes two ways. Get it the classic Chicago-style with mustard, relish, onion, tomato, celery salt, sport peppers and pickle on a steamed poppy seed bun. Or go Maxwell-style with mustard and grilled onions.

The Char'diniera Dog is the headline act but Hot Dog Season is a celebration of everything that has made us a Chicago staple for over 60 years. Every dog gets its moment this Hot Dog Season. Chicago-style, Chili Cheese Dog, Garden Dog. All month long!
