Prices include standard 2 day shipping Monday - Wednesday. Additional fees for Standard Overnight, Priority Overnight and Saturday Shipping. Additional fees also apply to shipments to Alaska and Hawaii and will still arrive in 2 days.
A box may arrive on or before your delivery date as we work to get all packages out in a timely manner and delivered for your event. If you have any questions, please call 866-YUM-BEEF (866-986-2333).
Order for delivery in advance to beat the holiday rush. All food orders must be placed to arrive before December 21st. Cannot place order to arrive December 22-29.
Your package could arrive before or after your selected delivery date. UPS is experiencing high volumes and packages may be delayed.
Italian beef is shipped frozen, it is normal for it to start to defrost, especially in hot temperatures.
Italian Beef & gravy can be stored in the fridge for 5-7 days, or frozen up to 3 months for best quality.

As always 100% satisfied with great food, beef dip sandwiches are well received by our in home guests. We do prefer the gravy to be in canisters vs the packages now provided is our only negative critique

1 whole bag of gravy defrosted and leaked all its contents into the shipping container. What a mess! I had to go out and but beef stock to make up for it, but that just changed the gravy and spices for all the sandwiches

I love turning new people on to Portillo’s. Everyone really enjoyed the beef. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is that the bread was dry, almost crumbly. It didn’t matter as much to the people that didn’t know any better, but to me, it just wasn’t the same. I have always found the bread to be an important part of the sandwich. If you dunked it, it just fell apart. I’m not sure why this was. We ate within a day of receiving the order and the bread was kept in an air conditioned house.

The Portillos beef sandwiches are always a crowd pleaser. The portions are great, the packaging makes everything very simple., the preparation is a breeze. The only thing I would change is the portion of the green peppers, it was light for 20 sandwiches.

This was an absolutely wonderful experience!! The food comes in a large box that was expertly packed with all the yummy food!! The instructions were very clear and precise. I will definitely be ordering this again... I have never personally been to a Portillo's but my husband has and he said that the smell in the house was just like when you walk into the restaurant!!

I had placed the order for an 80th birthday party to be delivered on the 14th. Shipping was a disaster, and I received no communication even though two phone numbers were given. As of the morning of the 17th, we still had not received the order. Tracking on the order was checked multiple times and kept on saying it would be delivered by 8pm on each day. The party occurred with food from Costco with the 80-year-old wearing a Portillos T-shirt. Very dissapointing!!!! I called on the morning of the 17th to cancel order and was told that the delivery probably could not be made because it was a gated community, and the unit number was not on the address. I explained that no phone number was tried and there is a directory at the gate. The customer service person advised that the delivery person does not have to call anyone. It was also frustrating that the customer service voicemail was not open on Sunday and the message stated that they opened at 9am on Monday but didnt until 10.
