Prices include standard 2 day shipping Monday - Wednesday. Additional fees for Standard Overnight, Priority Overnight and Saturday Shipping. Additional fees also apply to shipments to Alaska and Hawaii and will still arrive in 2 days.
A box may arrive on or before your delivery date as we work to get all packages out in a timely manner and delivered for your event. If you have any questions, please call 866-YUM-BEEF (866-986-2333).
Order for delivery in advance to beat the holiday rush. All food orders must be placed to arrive before December 21st. Cannot place order to arrive December 22-29.
Your package could arrive before or after your selected delivery date. UPS is experiencing high volumes and packages may be delayed.
Italian beef is shipped frozen, it is normal for it to start to defrost, especially in hot temperatures.
Italian Beef & gravy can be stored in the fridge for 5-7 days, or frozen up to 3 months for best quality.

Food was great flavor was just as I remembered. Package of sauce had opened and most had drained from box. I have ordered many times and I believe that the beef is being cut so thin that it doesn't hold together very well. This causes the smaller pieces to end up with the texture of what I imagine sawdust would be best described of that last sandwich. Please cut it little thicker when frozen and shipped.

I was very excited to have our favorite Midwest sandwiches delivered for our Thanksgiving. I was NOT disappointed! I think we actually liked them more as the homemade version! Portions were excellent. Directions were so helpful. My husband even wore the hat included while he prepared. Can’t wait to order again!

This was amazing. We ordered for our Thanksgiving meal. Arrived the week before and kept in freezer until the Sunday before we were going to use. I only used 4/5 packages and it was more than enough. Each packet of beef looks smaller than what comes out of it! We sent half of the leftovers home with our son and still fed 3 of us several more meals.

We ordered a kit of 20 Italian beef sandwiches for a men’s club dinner. The sandwiches were delicious and a big hit with our members. About the only thing left was an unopened jar of giardiniera…which I took home. I’ve been slowly using that up (I mixed some with some pesto & had it with pasta the other night). Great sandwiches & great service. Everything about this order was perfect!

My sister left the Chicago area and moved to a Portillo's desert. For her 80th birthday, I sent beef, gravy, and bread from Portillo's. She was so excited and has been so happy with the individual bags of beef as it is easy to make a single sandwich. She has a sandwich for a meal and then has another one for dessert! Your delivery was excellent-on time, kept cold with your packaging, and delicious makings for 20 beef sandwiches. It was super easy for me to order this online. You made my sister's birthday awesome. Grew up in Chicago and ate at the original Dog House. Moved to Franklin, TN 10 year ago and have been asking to have a Portillo's here. The delivery services quenched my desire for the great Chicago Food experience that is Portillo's. There are many ex Chicagoans that live here and Portillo's would do very well. As for the delivery, the package arrived on time and was intact. The beef and all of the fixings were wonderful. We made a fan of a lot of our neighbors who also want a Portillo's here now. I will order again but hope the Portillo's management would finally bring a location to Franklin, TN

The Italian beef sandwiches are so good so I wanted to send the pack of 20 to my daughter and her boyfriend for his birthday. When they received the order on their porch and opened it, the gravy had split open so part of their order was ruined and they won’t be able to enjoy all of the 20 sandwiches I paid for.

The food was delivered the very next day and was totally frozen as it should be. There was a slight problem with the order but the wonderful customer service dept 100% SATISFIED me. As always the food was great and easy to prepare. I'm even thinking of sending an order to my brother in Florida. We're born and bred in Chicago and miss the Chicago food. Chicago area native relocated to Las Vegas area. Several Portillo’s orders over the years. New gravy packaging was a disaster. Leaked all over styrofoam box and on all included packages. Really defeats simple yet delicious special occasion fix of Portillos. I’ve already placed another order for a friend’s birthday and fingers crossed, it won’t arrive a gravy mess!
