Whether you’re near or far, enjoy Chicago’s finest! Our Famous Italian Beef is thinly sliced and oven-roasted for 4 hours in our secret blend of Italian spices. Customize each sandwich to your liking by adding oven-roasted sweet peppers, hot giardiniera peppers, and as much of our secretly spiced gravy as you'd like!

This sandwich kit makes 16 half sandwiches and includes the following:

Portillo's Italian Beef (2.5 lbs)
Portillo's signature gravy (2 qts)
French bread rolls (16)
Oven roasted sweet peppers (8 oz)
Hot giardiniera (16 oz)

Prices include standard 2 day shipping Monday - Wednesday. Additional fees for Standard Overnight, Priority Overnight and Saturday Shipping. Additional fees also apply to shipments to Alaska and Hawaii and will still arrive in 2 days.
Non-food items will be sent using ground service, which can take 5-7 days to receive.
A box may arrive on or before your delivery date as we work to get all packages out in a timely manner and delivered for your event. If you have any questions, please call 866-YUM-BEEF (866-986-2333).
Order for delivery in advance to beat the holiday rush. All food orders must be placed to arrive before December 21st. Cannot place order to arrive December 22-29.
Your package could arrive before or after your selected delivery date. FedEx is experiencing high volumes and packages may be delayed.
Italian beef is shipped frozen, it is normal for it to start to defrost, especially in hot temperatures.
Italian Beef & gravy can be stored in the fridge for 5-7 days, or frozen up to 3 months for best quality.
Gift messages will appear printed on the outside label of the box

Don’t like the half sandwich ! Just send me 8 regular size!!! Sauce comes in two containers, buns in two bags, but meat and peppers in one bag! Divide all in two so can freeze half for later as an option! Meat had more fat than usual this past order!

Sent THREE different beef package orders to family members in Littleton, CO. Food arrived fine, but NOT ONE of the orders had the messages I wrote to each family included in the orders. Was disappointed I took the time to write, and our family had to ask if we sent the orders. Luckily, we had just visited them, so they had an idea, otherwise they wouldn't have had a clue.

We order the Italian beef shipped to us about 2-3 times each year, when we aren’t able to get to a location. Everything is always delicious; however, this time the Turano rolls came in a pack of 8 rolls. 4 on top and 4 on the bottom. The bottom 4 rolls were very stale in both packs. I am not sure if that happened in transit. The weather was very hot, with a heat index in the 100s. We were still able to enjoy the beef.
