Prices include standard 2 day shipping Monday - Wednesday. Additional fees for Standard Overnight, Priority Overnight and Saturday Shipping. Additional fees also apply to shipments to Alaska and Hawaii and will still arrive in 2 days.
A box may arrive on or before your delivery date as we work to get all packages out in a timely manner and delivered for your event. If you have any questions, please call 866-YUM-BEEF (866-986-2333).
Order for delivery in advance to beat the holiday rush. All food orders must be placed to arrive before December 21st. Cannot place order to arrive December 22-29.
Your package could arrive before or after your selected delivery date. UPS is experiencing high volumes and packages may be delayed.
Italian beef is shipped frozen, it is normal for it to start to defrost, especially in hot temperatures.
Italian Beef & gravy can be stored in the fridge for 5-7 days, or frozen up to 3 months for best quality.
Gift messages will appear printed on the outside label of the box

Nothing negative about the Portillo’s cake, but FedEx delivery is terrible. The cake was for a birthday and was two days late and thawed. Customer service for Portillo’s is top notch. I explained that the problem was not on their end, however, they insisted on a full refund.

The best chocolate cake EVER! The cake itself is so tender and moist, and the fudge icing is the stuff chocolate dreams are made of! We buy one every year, and I make my son "cake shakes" at home because there is no nearby Portillo's!

Any Portillo’s fan knows about and has eaten this wonderful chocolate cake. It is excellent. With shipping the cake layers are packaged separately from the 2 lbs of frosting. The frosting is in a tub and comes with a spatula. I highly recommend.

Portillos Chocolate Cake is the best chocolate cake when you purchase it locally. Shipping is a concern: First $65 to ship a chocolate cake domestically is very expensive. Second the cake arrived as a "kit" and my crew had to put it together and then frost it; Gives new meaning to "self-serve, and not in a good way! Common' Portillos, you can do better than this for $65++ Dollars! Overall Rating: 10 on taste, 1 on presentation and value for your money. I would not purchase and ship this product again.
