Our Fishers opening has been postponed by two days. Hurricane Irma delayed the arrival of essential restaurant equipment. Our new opening day is September 28th, 2017 at 10:30 am. See you in Fishers!

We are excited to announce that we will open our doors to our 52nd location on Tuesday, September 26th. Portillo’s will open at 10:30am at 9201 E 116th St. in Fishers, IN to serve you the best Chicago-style hot dogs, Italian beef sandwiches, burgers, salads, and chocolate cake!
Our 9,000 square foot restaurant features a Prohibition theme, two drive-thru lanes, seasonal outdoor seating, and will sell beer. Portillo's founder, Dick Portillo, will be at the opening to thank our fans for their loyalty over the years. So, get your buns in line! We can’t wait to see you on September 26th - It’s going to be a bun-believable event.
