What a slice of joy it was on April 2nd, 2024, as Gilbert Portillo's rolled out the red carpet to celebrate its 1st birthday bash! The energy of celebration filled the air as we treated our fantastic guests to $1 cake slices, making sure everyone got a sweet taste of the festivities.
The restaurant was decked out in its birthday best, with balloons adorning every corner, turning the place into a true party paradise both inside and out! But the real icing on the cake? The heartfelt gratitude from the Portillo's family, who shared their own special cake with all their hardworking employees, creating sweet memories to cherish.
To our wonderful Gilbert community: your unwavering support and warm welcome since our grand entrance in 2023 have been the cherry on top of our success.
