TUCSON - On Wednesday, February 21st, Portillo's, the beloved Chicago street food restaurant, celebrated a mouthwatering milestone as it marked its 1st birthday in Tucson. The place was jumping with joy as guests were treated to a birthday bash brimming with balloons, party hats, and decorations. 

But the real star of the show? The delectable $1 slices of chocolate cake that had visitors licking their lips and coming back for seconds. It was a sweet gesture to show appreciation to the Tucson community for embracing them with open arms.
