Prices include standard 2 day shipping Monday - Wednesday. Additional fees for Standard Overnight, Priority Overnight and Saturday Shipping. Additional fees also apply to shipments to Alaska and Hawaii and will still arrive in 2 days.
A box may arrive on or before your delivery date as we work to get all packages out in a timely manner and delivered for your event. If you have any questions, please call 866-YUM-BEEF (866-986-2333).
Order for delivery in advance to beat the holiday rush. All food orders must be placed to arrive before December 21st. Cannot place order to arrive December 22-29.
Your package could arrive before or after your selected delivery date. UPS is experiencing high volumes and packages may be delayed.
Italian beef is shipped frozen, it is normal for it to start to defrost, especially in hot temperatures.
Italian Beef & gravy can be stored in the fridge for 5-7 days, or frozen up to 3 months for best quality.

This was a celebration meal for a birthday and a job change. Out of 20 people, only 2 had actually eaten Portillo's in the past.. Everyone was amazed and love it. Since it was at work, we had to improvise using crockpots, which work great. Everything was spot on. The only down side but not a big issue, the gravy bags did spring a small leak, but was still very frozen when it arrived, so no waste. Loved the taste of home and will order again.

I'm from Chicago and I love Portillo's! I try to order a couple of times a year. This order was for my birthday - I planned a Portillo's birthday party for some friends that have never had Chicago food!!! It was a hit - but there was never any doubt that it would be a great way to celebrate me. My only complaint was that there was a missing jar of the Spicy giardiniera and that there should've been more roasted peppers.

I love Portillo‘s, but recently made the move from St. Louis to North Carolina where it’s not in driving distance so having it shipped was the perfect compromise. Everything arrived still fully frozen, completely cold, great packaging 10 out of 10 worth the money will be ordering multiple times throughout the year to keep some stocked up in my freezer.

The food was great. Almost as good when purchased at a Portillos restaurant. the only complaint I have is that the Gravy leaks. This is the second time I ordered . The first time it was a small leak. Second time was total mess. I had to rinse off everything in the box. The needs to be better packaging to prevent leakage. The outer packaging is great with box and Styrofoam. It is the inner packaging that needs improvement. Took us about half an hour to rinse and use Zip lock bags to repackage.

Had had the sandwiches shipped for an Oscars party. Guests totally loved them and most had never experienced Portillo's Italian beef before. The sandwiches took home the Oscar.

Delicious as usual. Only problem: gravy came in bags instead of tubs & 1 of the bags had broken & leaked all over everything in box & box itself was wet. Mess to clean up but still our fav!

This is my 2nd time. This time around I served 20 sandwiches. What a hit! Nice job on the packaging and accurate shipping. Everything stayed frozen. Keep an eye on the sweet peppers as they thaw though. The bags they are packed in tend to drip a little.

The package arrived damaged. One bag of gravy leaked all over the box, into the bags of buns. Everything had to be cleaned. I was told it was a mess. ( I was sent pictures) Otherwise, they were happy with the Italian Beefs taste. Taste is 5 stars! Shipping 2 stars, it came on time but damaged.

Every was delicious! Tasted just like we were ordering in the restaurant. We shipped using 2 day free shipping in a warm February and everything arrived frozen - which is exactly what I wanted! The portion amounts described were spot on. And the gravy, bread, and peppers were perfect. Will definitely order again.
