Prices include standard 2 day shipping Monday - Wednesday. Additional fees for Standard Overnight, Priority Overnight and Saturday Shipping. Additional fees also apply to shipments to Alaska and Hawaii and will still arrive in 2 days.
Non-food items will be sent using ground service, which can take 5-7 days to receive.

Order for delivery in advance to beat the holiday rush. All food orders must be placed to arrive before December 21st. Cannot place order to arrive December 22-29.

Italian beef is shipped frozen, it is normal for it to start to defrost, especially in hot temperatures.
Italian Beef & gravy can be stored in the fridge for 5-7 days, or frozen up to 3 months for best quality.

I would have given 5 stars but the packaging completely threw me off and caused me to change game plan at home. The bread is now smaller and I am not sure we are receiving the same amount of beef. I received one larger pkg of beef instead of two which meant the entire pkg had to be thawed and thus cooked after opening. Note: I have no problem paying a little more for separate packaging and larger sandwich buns. Basically, go back to original which was expected. However, the sandwiches were very good!
