Prices include standard 2 day shipping Monday - Wednesday. Additional fees for Standard Overnight, Priority Overnight and Saturday Shipping. Additional fees also apply to shipments to Alaska and Hawaii and will still arrive in 2 days.
A box may arrive on or before your delivery date as we work to get all packages out in a timely manner and delivered for your event. If you have any questions, please call 866-YUM-BEEF (866-986-2333).
Order for delivery in advance to beat the holiday rush. All food orders must be placed to arrive before December 21st. Cannot place order to arrive December 22-29.
Your package could arrive before or after your selected delivery date. UPS is experiencing high volumes and packages may be delayed.
Italian beef is shipped frozen, it is normal for it to start to defrost, especially in hot temperatures.
Italian Beef & gravy can be stored in the fridge for 5-7 days, or frozen up to 3 months for best quality.
Gift messages will appear printed on the outside label of the box

Shipment arrived on time and on the date per my order confirmation - Everything was perfect - I have been having this "FAVORITE" shipped around Thanksgiving for many years. And I will continue this "ritual" for many years to come. I think I missed last year (2023) but can't recall why . . . I am a former resident of Elmhurst, IL and have enjoyed Portillo's for many many years. I even knew Dick Portillo and worked nearby his Addison, IL location. Good Food / priced right / fantastic decor in each and every location. Nothing like it anywhere else . . . Just wish they would put one in, in Alabama.

Delivered on day it was promised. Quality packing and out of this world sandwiches from home. This was a birthday gift sent to a friend out of town. He’s from Chicago and loves getting a taste of home sent to him. I highly recommend the chocolate cake as holiday gifts to loved one’s out of state.

We love that we have the option to ship Portillo's to our home! It was fantastic as always! My only wish is that it either came with an extra bag of sweet peppers or that you could have the option to add an extra bag of them to your order. With that addition, it would truly be perfection!

Overpriced for what you get. This is the 8th straight year I've ordered for the holidays and it was noticeably smaller quantities than in previous years. Also, the packaging seems cheaper and lower quality.

Beef fantastic and arrived on time. Sadly, one(1) gravy package had a knife cut in one of packets and leaked all over. Down one bag which is why review is down one star.

Despite everything invoked in getting the package ?? delivered, only a portion of meat ?? was fresh. This was unexpected as the experience has been top notch. The portion that was fresh make it worth the price.
