We're excited to announce that Portillo's is coming to 304 N. Michigan Avenue, bringing our famous Italian beef sandwiches, Chicago-style hot dogs, crinkle-cut fries, chocolate cake, and more to the heart of downtown.
For a brand that started as a humble hot dog stand in the Chicago suburbs and grew into a hometown favorite, opening on Michigan Avenue feels a little like coming home.
And this location is bringing something new to the table.
Our Michigan Avenue restaurant will be one of the first in-line, walk-up Portillo's locations, designed for guests on the go who want a quick and easy way to get their Portillo's fix.
Whether you're headed to the office, exploring the city, playing tourist for the day, or simply craving an Italian beef in its natural habitat, we'll have you covered.
From Chicago-style hot dogs dragged through the garden to legendary chocolate cake and everything in between, guests can expect the same iconic flavors that have made Portillo's a Chicago staple for generations.
