Portillo’s started as a Chicagoland brand back in 1963, but that popularity has clearly stretched from coast to coast. What sets Portillo’s apart? Our Italian beef, for starters. Our famous beef slow-roasts for four hours before it’s thinly sliced and served in gravy made from the same homemade seasoning blend we’ve been using for decades.
But at Portillo’s, it’s about more than the food. We deliver an experience—and it’s that experience that has made our fans obsessed. We want our guests to have fun and be excited. In turn, we want to be able to satisfy their Portillo’s cravings.
Even during the COVID-19 crisis, we’ve got many ways for fans to get their Chicago-style hot dogs, cheese fries and chocolate cake shakes.
