Hot Dog, Portillo’s Fort Wayne is now open! We want to give a big franks to everyone who joined us for the grand opening on Thursday, December 5th. The support from the Fort Wayne community has been bun-believable!
We were honored to be joined by Mayor Tom Henry and the Greater Fort Wayne Chamber of Commerce for our official ribbon cutting.
As part of our training process, Portillo’s partnered with Mad Anthony Children’s Hope House and Turnstone to host two sneak peek meals. During the sneak peek meals, guests were encouraged to donate to the organizations and give back to the Fort Wayne community. Between the two days the organizations raised almost $7,000. Portillo’s pledge to match that donation bringing the total to almost $14,000 going back to the Fort Wayne community!
We relish the opportunity to serve up our famous Italian beef sandwiches, Chicago-style hot dogs, cheese fries, and our homemade chocolate cakes to the Fort Wayne community.
We can't wait to meat you all, and we think you'll agree that our food truly cuts the mustard!
