Hot dog, we are excited to announce that we will open our doors to our 58th location on Monday, January 28th. Portillo’s will open at 10:30am at 1800 County Road B2 W to serve you the best Chicago-style hot dogs, Italian beef sandwiches, burgers, salads, and chocolate cake!
Our 9,000 square foot restaurant features a Prohibition theme, two drive-thru lanes, seasonal outdoor seating, and will sell beer. In addition, we’ll be handing out FREE commemorative Roseville t-shirts to the first thousand guests at our grand opening. So mustard up the time, and get your buns in line! We can’t wait to see you on January 28th - It’s going to be a bun-believable event!
