Starting August 26, we’re rolling out a brand-new Secret Menu, and it’s only for our Portillo’s Perks members. The catch? You won’t find these items on the regular menu boards. The only way to unlock them is at our in-restaurant kiosks.
On the Secret Menu
We’re kicking things off with two mouthwatering additions, available for all Portillo’s locations:
- Triple Cheeseburger – Our biggest burger for your biggest cravings! Three 1/3 lb. char-broiled patties, served with cheese, mayo, lettuce, tomato, onion, pickles, and ketchup, on a toasted bun.
- Chili Cheese Fries – Taste the crinkle-cut fries you know and love, now topped with our cheese sauce and chili.
How to Order
- Visit your nearest Portillo’s
- Head to the in-restaurant kiosk
- Access the Secret Menu by tapping Pokey’s head in the bottom left-hand corner
- Order and enjoy!
Who is Pokey?
Our story begins with our founder Dick Portillo, and his playful dachshund, Pokey. One afternoon, as Pokey wagged her tail and let her tongue hang out in pure joy, Dick sketched an illustration of her and added the name "Portillo's" above it. Just like that, our famous logo was born. Pokey is more than just a logo; she reminds us of our commitment to providing a fun, energetic dining experience.
