Buckle up, Portillo’s fans. We’re speeding into Joliet with a new, one-of-a-kind location. We’re bun-believably excited to introduce Portillo’s Pick Up.
Unlike traditional restaurants, we’re bringing the inside out for this new model. Portillo's Pick Up will not have an indoor dining room, so guests will cake shake their way into our three-lane drive-thru as well as order online or through our app for pickup or catering. Want to stay home? No problem. We’ll offer delivery from the new Joliet restaurant, too.
Our Speed Team will race to serve you our Chicago-style hot dogs, Italian beef sandwiches, char-broiled burgers, fresh salads and world-famous chocolate cake, all for takeaway from the restaurant located at Larkin Ave. and Route 30. We will be hiring full-time and part-time Speed Team members for Portillo's Pick Up soon; check here for openings.
