The Rodeo Burger features our classic char-broiled burger on a brioche bun stacked with our new thicker, crispier bacon, thinly-sliced red onion, two onion rings, American cheese, and Portillo’s tangy BBQ sauce.
This is the first-time we’ve created a new burger, so to make sure we got it right, we saddled up and hit the road for Bacon, Indiana to get their stamp of approval. We threw the town a Bacon Rodeo filled with axe throwing, mechanical bull riding, a giant slide, music from the local Lick Creek Band, and of course, delicious, crispy bacon atop Rodeo Burgers!
