Surprise! The people asked, and we answered. After being voted by the City of Suprise as one of the Top 10 most-wanted restaurants, we're growing in the Phoenix area with a restaurant planned for Surprise, AZ.
The new restaurant will be located at the Prasada North development, about 20 miles Northwest of downtown Phoenix. Designed with a diner theme, the 7,800 square-foot restaurant will feature a dining room with seating for more than 180, as well as a seasonal outdoor patio with room for about 50 additional guests. It will also feature our Portillo’s Pick Up shelves and signature double drive-thru lanes to accommodate guests however and wherever they want to enjoy their Portillo's.
Featuring a modern design, the restaurant will also include a self-serve beverage station and our new Grab & Go area, where guests will find bottled beverages, desserts, retail items and catering items for purchase as they wait in line.
Once we open, we hope you'll cake shake in to enjoy our signature menu items like Chicago-Style Hot Dogs, Famous Italian Beef Sandwiches, Char-Grilled Burgers and Portillo’s Famous Chocolate Cake.
