We are excited to announce that we are taking our famous Chicago-style food on the road and may be coming to a city near you!
The residents of Fort Wayne, Indiana will get the first taste of our new food truck this fall.
The Beef Bus will be mobile daily in Fort Wayne starting Monday, October 7th from 11am-2pm and again from 4-7pm to serve our obsessed fans, as well as look for dedicated team members to join our team at our newest restaurant in Fort Wayne, IN! Those who complete an interview at our hiring center at Ramada Plaza & Conference Center (305 E. Washington Center Rd.) will receive one voucher for a free sandwich (hot dog or Italian beef), fries, and a drink from our food truck!
A limited menu of Portillo’s favorites will be available while supplies lasts, including Chicago-style hot dogs, Italian beef, and of course our crinkle-cut fries.
