We lived in Chicago all our life and recently moved east. I had always sent Portillos to my children. This was the first time I ordered for myself. It is as good as eating at the restaurant, and shopping is so easy

The directions are so easy to follow and ensure success in creating a portillos experience though miles away! We eat this every year on my son’s birthday and it is always such a treat!

My sister wanted a beef for her Birthday and there’s not a Portillos in her area. To her surprise Portillos came to her and she LOVED IT!!!! Thanks for making her day and mine. We have it delivered to Georgia as well and it NEVER disappoint. Thanks for excellent service.

We so miss having Portillo's so I received this as a birthday gift. Still wish you would open up a restaurant here for all us Chicago transplants, but ordering comes in a close third due to expense...but worth it for celebrations. Food arrived promptly and my coworkers enjoyed every bite when we were gorging ourselves with the combo beef sandwiches. YUMMY!! Please open up a place in Greenville, SC!!!

As a native of Chicago it's always such a joy when I order Portillo's! No more having to ask others to bring me back food when they go home to visit. I used to share when I got my orders--but that's come to an end because I usually eat everything in 2 days--LOL! I wish Portillo's could branch out all over the country. There is certainly a need/desire and they could NEVER be beat. Baltimore's and Philadelphia's Philly Cheese Steak are not even a close comparison to Chicago's Italian Beef or Red Hots! When I went home last September 2018 all I ate for 3 days was Portillo's! Everyone was concerned I'd get sick but you can never get sick eating Portillo's on a daily basis! Keep up the good work! I'll be ordering again soon!!!

While on a business trip to Chicago, stopped by Portillo's to pickup a big beef combo sandwich for dinner. The sandwich was amazing, flash forward a few weeks and the craving for the sandwich was coming back. Decided to order the combo to ship to me as no one makes a sandwich close to this around here in Connecticut. Package arrived as scheduled and I immediately made 2 sandwiches to enjoy that night. The instructions included were easy to follow and the sandwiches came out good for a non-professional sandwich maker.

I occasionally like to offer my friends and family the taste of Some of Chicago’s finest culinary offerings and thee is no better than Portillo’s. From the Italian beef to the chocolate cake, they are simply the best.

The food is quickly delivered and ready to reheat. Very easy instructions. Taste is just like visiting one of the actual restaurants. The price is also reasonable.

The only thing missing was the restaurant setting. As always supreme ingredients and great taste. We even got a little paper cap for authenticity. While working in the Disney office for an electrical contractor we would visit the Buena Park store 3'x's a week for lunch. Wish we had a store up here to frequent but shipping has been made easy.

It was excellent. It tasted just like the restaurant. One of my favorite places that I miss when I left Chicago.

Ordered for my family for a special treat on Mother’s Day. Food arrived on time and was packed in a cooler. Instructions on how to prepare food was very clear and everything turned out soooooo good. My family was so excited to have a taste of home! I will be ordering again and won’t be waiting for a special occasion. Everything taste great!

My family and I are from Chicago and ever since Portillos ships we have been ordering packs for our family events and holidays. Everyone always loves the food and it ships very quickly! I love that I can get some of my favorite childhood food even though I live thousands of miles away.

Our transplanted family members in Houston, were very famished for true 'Chicago Food'. Texas has some great stuff, but once you get Portillo's into your system... as a kid... well, it never leaves you! I was skeptical about the long distance shipping and the stability of perishable items at first, but UPS and Portillo's made it all happen; perfectly in fact. Now, with a little transfusion of Portillo's back into their system, all is good. Because of this experience, I will be purchasing 'shipment packages' in the future. Thanks go out to both, Portillo's and UPS!

Despite rolling around in the hot UPS truck in the Cali sun for 9 hours, everything was perfect as usual. There's nowhere within 7 hours that offer true Italian beef (LA). You are a savior. The only way it could be better is if you offered the option of adding an extra pack of rolls, and let us order some of your delicious lemon cake. Thanks Portillo's! You'd make a fortune if you opened a location in Sacramento. There are many displaced Chicagoans in NorCal.
