Product is amazing but again the juice leaked into the shipping box and a mess inside. The rolls where put in the package upside down so the juice could leak inside the wrapper.

Best sandwich ever!

Had a random thought on the Thursday before Easter that I really missed Portillo's and we could have it for Easter and save a lot of prepping and cooking and cleaning. Not only did it arrive on time, it was 100% perfect, exactly the same quality as you get in person. There was so much food that we only prepared half of it for our family of 3. Also I'm using the giardenara on everything now, after never even having it before.

First tried Portillos 11 years ago while on a trip to Disneyland. Now when ever I travel I check to see if there is one in the city Im going to. Best Italian beef around. Their Italian sausage is better than anything I have had anywhere in the country. And with being able to order online and have it shipped its easier than ever to get my fix. I only wish you could order individule items. Or add more of one items to the kits. Id love to be able to order just the sausage and sweet peppers.

The people I spoke to, and the second and third order I received were phenomenal. Absolutely wonderful professionalism, & delicious food! You can not beat the price either having that Italian beef, and Italian sausages sent from states away! I give it 5 stars as it should be. But if I could give 10+ I totally would! I miss Chicago food!

Not enough sweet peppers

I was surprised at how much it tasted like eating in restaurant. I have mail ordered from other restaurants and it was never as good. Portillos is excellent! Will definitely order again. Quantity provided was more than adequate also.

Everything went well! Shipping was great! Food was fantastic!

The package arrived a day late. I emailed customer service and never heard back from them. I couldn't find a tracking number anywhere. If I could I would have known the package would at least arrive even if it were a day later than expected. These things need to be addressed

Was a surprise for my mother‘s birthday that used to live in Chicago. The Italian beef and sausage combo was outstanding. mom said it reminded her of the good old days.

Sent as gift for a birthday for superbowl. No problems with ordering or shipping. Recipients were delighted. Chicago without the winter weather! Superb. Will definitely do it again.

another italian beef fix satisfied ! thanks again for excellent food at a good price. I do have a few observations to share. I usually remove some fat off the beef just because I don't like so much fat but this first bag turned out to be 1/3 white fat. way more then usual. the next bag looks to be better but I have-not opened it yet. also after reading the reviews, I decided to put the bag of gravy into a Ziplock bag just to be safe. turns out the gravy bags do leak when defrosted. didn't happen with the buckets. so other then those few things, everything else was great ! good food at a reasonable price. thanks for bringing a bit of Chicago back to my taste buds.
