Prices include standard 2 day shipping Monday - Wednesday. Additional fees for Standard Overnight, Priority Overnight and Saturday Shipping. Additional fees also apply to shipments to Alaska and Hawaii and will still arrive in 2 days.
A box may arrive on or before your delivery date as we work to get all packages out in a timely manner and delivered for your event. If you have any questions, please call 866-YUM-BEEF (866-986-2333).
Order for delivery in advance to beat the holiday rush. All food orders must be placed to arrive before December 21st. Cannot place order to arrive December 22-29.
Your package could arrive before or after your selected delivery date. UPS is experiencing high volumes and packages may be delayed.
Italian beef is shipped frozen, it is normal for it to start to defrost, especially in hot temperatures.
Italian Beef & gravy can be stored in the fridge for 5-7 days, or frozen up to 3 months for best quality.

I really was disappointed this time. Everything was very bland and not the flavor/taste I usually expect. I’ve been eating portillos since the original hot dog stand and just was surprised. And the bread molded within 3 days of delivery.

Birthday gift for my husband who is from Chicago. Tastes just like home. All the ingredients are there, all the smells, all the tastes. Removed a star because the sweet peppers leak out. Also, there isn't enough bread for all this food. We had left over beef basically because after adding the sausage we just didn't know how to add so much beef to use it all up. Ended up needing more bread but it isn't available to purchase. What a disaster that was trying to use store bought stuff. Not the same AT ALL. Please start to allow folks to purchase the Turano's bread too.

We have been ordering Italian Beef Package for 12 years for my husband's birthday and father's day. It's become a family tradition that we don't want to ever end! I’m a Chicago girl who loves Portillos, so I wanted to introduce it to my FL friends. While the flavor was great the beef was totally masserated and couldn’t be separated according to the instructions, so the texture was a bit off. It was great to have regardless!

This offering is absolutely wonderful...! Have enjoyed this product for many, many years. We like to freeze a batch and have on hand for special meals - Sometimes a combo or simply a beef or sausage sandwich on their own. We like the buns provided but prefer a bit wider, soft & long bakery bread - Also, we prepare fresh green peppers each time, rather than a bag of green pepper mush, as provided. Excellent product for certain.
