All Portillo’s shipping orders are fulfilled through FedEx and delivered anywhere in the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii (additional fees apply).
- Standard Shipping: 2-Day delivery (default option)
- Next Day and Saturday Delivery: Available for an extra charge
- Free Standard Shipping: On select days (Wednesday-Friday, excluding holidays)
During checkout, you’ll select your preferred arrival date, and we’ll handle the rest. Orders are packed with care to ensure every bite tastes just like it does in our restaurants.

A: You can place a shipping order here. Please note: Portillo’s only ships through our official partner, Tastes of Chicago. Orders from other websites or vendors aren’t affiliated with us.

Q: How do I cancel or change my order?
Please call 866-986-2333 or Contact Us as soon as possible. Include your billing name, order number, and details of your request. While we’ll do our best to make changes, we can’t guarantee modifications once an order is processing.
If your shipping address is incorrect, contact us immediately. We need at least 2 business days to update the address.
Q: When will my order ship and arrive?
You’ll choose your preferred arrival date during checkout. Orders are typically delivered within 2 business days via FedEx, unless you select Next Day or Saturday Delivery for an additional fee.
We offer free standard shipping Wednesday–Friday (excluding holidays). Orders placed after 3:00 PM CST ship the next available business day.
While we do our best to meet your selected date, delivery times are managed by FedEx and may be affected by weather or other delays.
Q: Where do you ship?
We ship anywhere in the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii (additional fees apply). Unfortunately, we are unable to ship outside the U.S. at this time.
